Was fairly hectic this visit since it was a Saturday morning, I'd definitely recommend going at a quieter time. Very happy with the wash and haircut, although for some reason my stylist insisted on giving me ghd curls instead of the blow dry I'd asked for. I'd pick a different stylist next time.

The hairdresser who was assigned to do my colour and cut was running behind, I was left waiting for around 15 minutes without any one communicating to me what was happening. I had to wait a further 15 minutes until he was available, however he was very apologetic and the service provided was flawless.
