Always love coming and this time I really like my colour. However the overall experience wasn't as good as usual. It took an extra 45 mins as I was left at the basins for awhile in quite an uncomfortable position. Understand it gets busy, however 3hours 30mins is a long time to be at a salon on a Friday night. The colour is really good. However the blow dry lacked volume and was finished with straighteners which I wouldn't expect. Dye was left on my head, which again I wouldn't expect. Still good just some room for improvement.

The people at Oolong were really nice and the price was amazing but my haircut was uneven and I had to go back the next day to have it sorted out. To be fair they did this with no questions asked and sorted it out there an then. After that I was happy with the cut. Don't think it would stop me coming back but I would pick a more senior stylist.
