Arrived at the venue and was greeted by friendly staff, very pleasant atmosphere. Hairdresser took time to look at my hair and to listen to what I'd like to do. Very friendly service, would recommend this salon.

Staff too busy rushing clients in and out. Been highlighting hair for 10 years and never once hated the outcome. This time however I stayed because job was so badly done.... 4 hours later if was fixed and happy with result but too stressful to be worth it!!! Shame used to come here a lot and was brilliant.
