I was quite disappointed in my balayage ombré which is a shame as I was super looking forward to it! I spoke to the hairdresser (Virginija) and showed her a picture of what I wanted, which was essentially blonder tips and I didn't get that. I can't tell a difference between before and after at all. I did feel like I was then palmed off with another hairdresser after the dye but I can't really fault him (Kieran) at all. He did a wonderful cut and I love it! He was also very apologetic and I am booked in with Kieran next week to get the balayage fixed so fingers crossed it turns out better!

SO pleased with my balayage, cut and blow dry from Evy ! I have dry frizzy hair but Evy worked absolute wonders with the blow dry and the colour is just what I wanted. Will definitely be going back.
