I was impressed with the quality of the haircut and blowdry. I just went for a simple trim and tidy, and was really pleased with the result. The overall experience wasn't great however. Some staff were were either grumpy, tactless or loud, the place was pretty cramped and I wasn't offered anything to drink (although other customers were quaffing coffee and wine!). But for the price I thought the actual cut was great, and in future would just deal with the vibe.

I never really think that getting a haircut as an experience but it was such a nice environment and the team were so friendly and welcoming. I had Eve cutting my hair and she was very honest and helpful about how much that I should cut off and styling it (my hair wasn't in a great condition). I will definitely be coming back for my next cut, thank you!
