Phil knows a lot about hair and suggested what would be best for mine, which is helpful, but I explained that wasn't what I wanted this time. Perhaps next time. He ignored me and cut it how he thought best anyway, blunt and shorter than we agreed (much shorter than I like as the length we agreed was already a compromise we'd come to), starting round the back so I couldn't see to protest. The salon is lovely and it is a good haircut but it's not what I want or asked for. I went in wanting to come out feeling better about myself, instead I was upset that I was ignored and I don't like my hair anymore.

Had a pretty bad experience here. I was basically ignored for 20 minutes before sometime finally came and said they would be with me soon. I was then taken for a (painful) wash where I was told I'd get a leave in treatment but then the girl who was washing my hair changed her mind. The hair cut was ok, but clumsy and I can't say I would go back. Sorry!
