haircut was good - main frustration was the booking system - my appointment was pushed back 1.5 hours shortly before it was meant to start, I had to call and ask it to be moved back to the agreed time as I was already on my way to the salon.
The colour wasn’t as light as I wanted it and the cut was ok but not as short as I asked for. I felt it looked very much the same as before I went in. Nice staff and clean salon though.
I had an appointment with Chelsea, and she was fantastic! I had a hard time articulating what I wanted, since it was a big change - but she was great! Her expertise and knowledge helped guide us to what would look right with my natural color and I love the outcome. I was very specific about a few things with both the cut and the color, and she was perfect!
I have been coming to oolong for over a year and was extremely disappointed yesterday at the service I got. I understand it’s December and busy but the place was untidy upstairs, staff were all over the place going from client to client. I was left for long periods of time on my own, and when I was taken back upstairs someone else was sat where I was with my handbag. I was then put in what I can only describe as a cupboard behind a sheet on my own. The walls weren’t painted, there was a member of staffs lunch in there, it was diabolical. For an £82 hairdo I feel strongly unhappy about the experience I had. It is totally unacceptable to put clients in a cupboard behind a sheet for this price. Whether you are busy or not. I have taken pictures and would like some form of reimbursement as I for sure won’t be coming back.
