Quite happy with service and haircut, attending on a Saturday there was a really good vibe in the salon. Unfortunately there was no hot water in two of the sinks though, so while my hair was washed with warm water, I was asked to move to another sink for an older client to have warm water, then had cold water to rinse which was a bit disappointing. I am assuming this is a one off though, and overall happy and will return.

I had a Ladies hair colouring for my roots and I have awarded with 5 stars. The staff was very knowledgeable and they did a great job. The price was also good compare to other hairdressers in London. The blow dry wasn’t great but good experience overall!

I loved the hair cut and Chelsea was fab, although I also had Balayage and felt it was a little untonned in places where the gradient looks a little to sharp for my liking as I wanted a more blended multi tinned effect. Overall the colour warmth though was good.
