I was so excited for my haircut after the reviews and left so disappointed. My entire hair appointment took less than half an hour. I paid more to have the specific hairdresser in the reviews but I am hoping it was just an off day. My hair was barely cut, I still have lots of dead and split ends that were not cut. It is also so disappointing when you pay for a blow dry and it it just rough dried then straighteners are used. I hate to leave a bad review but I feel like it needed to be flagged, on this occasion it was such a disappointing experience, and not what I paid for at all.

I had a quick and lovely haircut by Kieran. He did some quick styling at the end which was an unexpected and pleasant bonus. I will definitely be coming back!
