Excellent hair colour again by Tyler. Only disappointment which hasn’t happened before was that a trainee was asked to remove the foils from my hair, apply the toner and conduct the rough dry. She was obviously very inexperienced and made me very nervous. In particular I had to ask her to stop brushing my hair as I felt it ripping each time and she held the dryer too close to my hair.
