Lovely place and staff, didn't feel under pressure to talk, just relaxed! Patricia spent ages on my blow dry even though she didn't need to and it was the last (late!) appointment of the day

This is the only place I've ever gone back to a second time, and have now been getting my hair cut and dyed here for 2 years. Phil is brilliant, really consultative, extremely technically skilled, and a great chat while you're there! Couldn't recommend more (3 friends of mine now go there!).

the venue and staff were great. however I think they had some stylists not showing up as they seemed a bit rushed and stressed, which I believe led to my appointment being changed, delayed and then rushed. I am not very happy with the haircut and might have to go somewhere else to get what I wanted. Im sure had they got the time they would have done it better tho.
