I was received promptly, my hairdresser was ready for me. Our discussion was focused and he was receptive to what I wanted. The cut was exactly what I wanted, which can be tough on a first encounter. There was a bit too much talk as I wanted to read my book but the talk was intelligent, friendly and funny, so I didn't mind too much.
