Drastic haircut here - and I’m pleased with the result! What a relief. Went from mid length to a chin bob, and I believe it was Evy who cut it. She’s conscious of what you want but also has a very good eye for what would suit. I trusted her with my hair which is saying something! There was a bit of a wait for my appointment due to understaffing but they were very apologetic and offered me a free treatment as recompense. Overall a very good experience.

So incredibly happy with my experience, I booked an appointment turned up and managed to get the wrong day, they fitted me in anyway which was so wonderful of them, the staff were delightful did a fantastic job with my colour and I will be continuing to use their services, I don't think I'd trust anyone else.
