For someone who pretty much always leaves the hair dressers feeling down about the style they’ve just chosen, this was great! I had Patricia who was really lovely and took the time to make sure she was doing what I wanted. She took time over the style and shaping I wanted, just maybe a little shorter than I thought I would come out with at the start. However, very happy with the results & got some good tips on how best to style the new length! Would definitely go back, even if it were just for a blow dry & style. Thanks :)

Booked in with a specific staff member as liked the way she cut it the time before (booked a colleague once and didn't end up as I wanted it). After doing the colour she left though so other hairdresser was cutting my hair. She didn't say anything and also didn't fill in her colleague about what I wanted. Needed to explain what I wanted again and felt a bit uncomfortable as didn't know what was going on. Result wasn't perfect although she was very nice. Would have been great if it had been communicated a bit better. It's a shame as always liked Oolong.

This is my first haircut since moving to London. The staff were very friendly and accomodating from the moment I walked in. Patricia was very attentive and understanding of my unruly curly hair. The cut is great and the blow dry was amazing. I will definitely be returning!
