There was a sudden rescheduling of my appointment to half an hour earlier which I didn't realise until i reached the premises, thankfully it went on smoothly and there were no hiccups. Place was nice, staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I was kindly offered a drink as well. I liked the results of the cut and blow-dry. One tiny comment, I was accidentally poked a couple of times and because my hair is rather fine and tangled, the combing felt a little bit rough, I would have preferred a slightly gentler approach even if slower. But overall am happy and will consider coming back.

I really like and rate this salon but this time my treatment could have been better. I wanted my highlights refreshed but the colour ended up being darker than my original colour

Had a lovely time with Patricia. Felt like she really understood me and my hair. She was careful, warm and attentive throughout. Will def go back.
