Very friendly staff. I got exactly what I wanted, with a lovely twist by suggestion from the person that worked on my hair. I would recommend Oolong !

Chelsea was very good - she listened to my ideas about my haircuts and suggested what she thought would suit me. The washing and head massage was a little rushed and rough. I called to rearrange my booking which caused confusion. When I called to confirm my new appointment time I was told I was still booked in for the original time. Luckily the appt could be rearranged (day before) but the timing wasn’t as previously offered and a little inconvenient. Overall a good experience and good value for money!
