I had a very warm welcome from the staff and Patricia was extremely accommodating. As a new client she made sure she knew exactly what I wanted, asking what my style was to ensure the cut was right for me. Lovely salon and great value for money!

I was happy with my highlights although it took 4 1/4 hours, much longer than anywhere else I've been. Also because my hair was so thick they charged me £10 extra which is a shame as other places don't always do that.
