Place was lovely, as was the staff. Was a bit disappointed with the cut itself; I went armed with photos and my hairdresser seemed to understand what I wanted, but gave me a total different cut! I asked for a fringe and left with a middle parting!! It did look nice but it wasn't what I had asked for... (and I was too British to say anything...)

This has to be the friendliest hair salon I’ve been to in London. All of the staff chatted to me and nothing was too much trouble. Patricia listened to what I wanted, how often I get my hair cut, etc, and gave me the perfect cut. I’d highly recommend Oolong.
