I have been to this salon a number of times and seen various stylists. As before, this appointment felt rushed at the end. Compared with other salons, I am always surprised by the lack of attention to detail and finishing I receive at Oolong. My hairdresser was very nice but it felt like the end of my haircut was rushed, possibly because there was another client waiting. There was quite a bit more than could have been done to finish the cut to a higher, more polished standard (eg. more actual cutting and texturising was required to achieve the desired look). No product was used or offered to finish. I was not shown the back with a mirror to see what it looked like. Oddly rushed. Balayage was fine, especially for the price, but more toner was needed to knock out unwanted red. For well-priced services this salon is good but it could be great if more time/care was taken to achieve the requested look and make sure the customer is fully satisfied upon leaving.
