The previous appointment ran late. They rang me but I was already on the way and didn't receive the voicemail till out of the tube. The woman checking me in said someone could wash my hair in the mean time so the hair cut portion could begin as soon as the previous appointment finished. However, this didn't happen. Cut was fine but wish they had better time management skills.

Very clean environment and the head massage whilst hair wash was very good. The discussion on the hair style etc. was really good, and she has achieved what I wanted. The only thing is that she blow dry my hair in a way that I don't quite like, but that can be communicated, and is only temporary.
