I booked a full head of highlights for long hair - this being the first time I would have highlights after having a balayage for a while. I was told by the hairdresser that I would have to pay extra for my high lights as I have long hair, I said I didn’t understand I had paid for a full head for long hair (mine is above shoulder blades) She said as more product was being used I would have to pay a surcharge as I hadn’t had highlights before. It needs to be made very clear that this is for 6 week returning customers who need their roots done of one inch or less- not for someone wanting a full head of highlights as I did. Although the cost represented a full heads worth.
I was told to hurry up and decide what I wanted to do as it was Saturday and she didn’t have time to stand around talking all day. After being told that I had to deduct 35% of the money already paid for my appointment via this app as it was TW’s commission so I didn’t get the full worth of my money in the salon when I changed the service I was having.
I ended up opting for a half head balayage and toner (as I had some warmth in my hair from a previous box dye) but the bleach was left on too long at the back so she had to put a very dark ash toner on it to try and hide what had happened thinking I didn’t see.

Hair is very dark ash blonde now which is not what I was wanting to achieve.
All in all my hair looks tidier than it did when I arrived but customer service was non existent at times and the result is nothing like I wanted and trying to get further money out of me I find terrible. Won’t be going back.
