Went back again after having a lovely haircut last time. Lovely hair wash and the stylist listened to what I wanted however, I did ask for it a little shorter than I came out with hence the 4* (probably should have been more bold/proactive and asked). Having said this, a lovely cut and happy with the results. Always clean and good music & staff.

Incredibly disappointed. I wanted blonde highlights but except left with my hair back to a mousy brown. When asking about my options I was told “we’re not magicians” sarcastically. Waste of money and will not be returning.

Fab experience here. Lovely little oasis, relaxing head massage during hair wash and lovely blow dry which is still looking good 2 days later. Friendly staff too.
