Weird atmosphere, the staff kept switching who was doing my hair, at one point literally midway through my blow dry. My hair is actually shorter on one side that the other and there’s a couple of bits they’ve missed that are an inch longer than the rest

She was really nice and the haircut in the end was good but I wanted a balayage that was closer to my natural hair so a dark caramel and I ended up with blond hair
