Went to get my hair dyed, wanted a lighter colour but the stylist recommended darker colour as I have darker skin tone and that was ok. The senior stylist was actually helpful. I was offered something to drink at the end of my treatment whereas some other customers have been offered drinks as soon as they arrived.
I was not fully happy with how my hair ended up, it was uneven and it is achievable if DIY’d by anyone. Also, when my hair was being blow dried, I noticed hair colourant left in my forehead so I had to clean it myself. Very dissapointed that I paid £75 for a look of £5.
The most dissapointing thing is they told me ammonia free colourant is £10 extra but I was charged £15. I told the lady who took the payment and said it was a wrong information and they should have said it is £15 extra. As it is only £5 extra, I did not bother to argue about it. Even the hairstylist said to the kady who took my payment that it is £10 but the lady insisted that it won’t be refunded. It was a misleading information and they should know better that If you told the customer that it is that price, it is the customer’s right to be charged with that price. Not less esp not more than what they have been told.
