Chelsea was lovely, clearly a pro with the highlights, and Oolong is always friendly and welcoming. This was my first visit with Chelsea and I'll definitely book with her again. The person who washed my hair was nice, but didn't wash everything out so my hair was a bit sticky after. Otherwise great!
