I had a rough dry instead if a blow dry with my haircut. The receptionist told me I will be charged for a rough dry which us cheaper but after the rough dry, she argued that it was a blow dry, which it was not clearly evidenced by my hair frizzy and double its volume- and charged for a full blow dry. Money is put ahead of client satisfaction. I will not return!
