It was a lovely salon with very friendly staff. The treatment took almost double the amount of time than the time provided, but the therapist spent a lot of time making sure I was happy and ended up with the best result so I didn’t mind. Would happily return!

I’ve been a couple of times and have always been happy with the haircut, however this time the hairdresser didn’t listen to anything I asked for. I asked for an inch off the length, some weight taken out of the back and some layers adding in. I ended up with about 4 inches being taken off, no layers added and no weight taken out of the back. My hair looks worse than before I went in and it’ll take a long time to get it back to the length it was. Very very disappointed.
