Had my hair cut here by a lovely staff member, was also greeted by other lovely employees, so no faults there. But the cut itself I’m not too overjoyed with. My layers are very blunt and chunky and also quite uneven. Felt like I wasn’t listened to and left a bit disappointed

Mala was so friendly and asked me lots of questions before the haircut to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. She took her time with the blow-dry and it looked amazing!
