I don't usually leave reviews, but I honestly couldn't be more upset and disappointed following my recent appointment at Oolong. I went in with very blonde hair, asking for it to be made more natural looking and some mid blonde tones to be put through to break up the white blonde. I even showed a picture of what I was looking to achieve. I left the salon with mid/dark brown hair, with random bits of blonde left through it which look green. The result could not be further from what I wanted and I cannot believe how wrong they got it, even with a picture shown as guidance. I will now have to spend a lot of money (I do not want to go back go the salon for them to attempt to fix it given the awful outcome) and no doubt it will take a lot of time to get rid of the dark brown and get my hair to the blonde I want it to be. Really really disappointed, my requirements weren't listened to at all.
