Just moved to the city and needed a colour boost to my balayage which was already more than a year old and found Oolong on the Treatwell app. The staff were friendly and helpful (I asked to borrow a phone charger because my phone was dying and they provided me one). Had a quick consult with Chelsea who was lovely, told her what I was looking for and she began the balayage. She also suggested I do a toner to get rid of the yellow in my hair and make it shiny. I agreed, however the outcome was not as expected and I was quite disappointed. Instead of shiny warm brown hair, it was more of a dull brown. She apologized and said she’ll make a note to not use toner on my hair next time and removed the extra charge for the toner. That was a gesture I really appreciated and this experience has not deterred me from coming back.
