I went in there with high hopes as my friend recommended me the hair salon.
The staff were really friendly! Offered me a drink. Had a lovely hair wash but as soon as it got to to the cut I was a little disappointed. I had showed a picture and I had explained what I wanted in detail. The cut was blunt which I didn’t want. And I asked for layers and I never got them. The cut was so quick that the stylist jumped into blow drying my hair before even asking me if everything was ok. It was too late to see anything and I went home brushing out the blow dry to realise it wasn’t great and not what I asked for. But overall, lovely but just wasn’t up to my expectations for my cut as I am very precise at what I like and have been having the same style haircut for years.

Very happy with my colour and advice from the stylist regarding hair care. Also, the salon was very busy whilst I was there and it was great to see the team working so seamlessly together to ensure that every client was looked after.

I felt the stylist was not very thorough with the style I had asked for, considering it wasn't busy the time I was there. I was given a heavy handed hair wash and I just felt like it was a job that they had to do and not really a personable service with genuine passion.
