From initial phone calls about what to book for someone who has ombré/balayage coloured hair wanting to go more blonde, I found Oolong’s advice to be perfect. On arrival I was offered refreshments and received professional advice from Alma on what is best for my hair. Although there was an issue with the dye taking due to existing coloured hair and the experience being rather long because of this, Alma was super positive, friendly and resolved this with such professionalism and ease that I trusted her opinion and I’m very pleased with the end result. I will definitely be returning and making Oolong my regular salon.
