My visit to ooh la la started off with the lady telling me she wasn't able to do my hair and that Treatwell had told her they had spoken to me and cancelled the appointment! No one had phoned and spoken to me, I checked my email and I had received an email the day before to say my problem was resolved??
Thankfully the owner of the salon juggled things around and fit me in anyway. I paid at the salon and then on Monday 5th Dec treatwell have taken the money for the treatment so I now require the £65 refunding please.
I was very pleased with the salon and will definitely return but I don't think I'll be using treatwell again!
