Lovely experience throughout! Trying a new salon for a Hollywood Wax is always nerve wracking, but Katie was so professional and friendly. She put me at ease from the moment I arrived - sending a text with arrival instructions and directions. The building was nice, and the room clean and comfortable. Katie did a great job - highly recommend!
