Recently went for a full head of highlights. Initially these looked OK but once I got home I saw big lines/ chunks underneath, This is probably because the highlights weren't weaved through. The bleach was also applied right through to the ends of my hair instead of just over the roots so my hair now feels awful and will take alot of conditioning to feel healthy again.
