Was very welcoming and chatty as I arrived- immediately feeling at ease. The whole setup was lovely and clean, with an aesthetic video playing in the background to help relax. I had a Hollywood, full leg and armpit wax. Ozlam was very quick and thorough and I left feeling very smooth! Would definitely recommend.
