Very very highly recommend - Ozlem is a gem, and I had a great experience. Usually I find waxing very painful but this was virtually pain-free for the most part. Ozlem was quick, whilst being a perfectionist (which I appreciate!) and was very lovely and chatty so I felt completely comfortable. I will be back, and will be recommending Ozlem to my friends.
