Jana asked me to come 2 hours earlier at short notice and I agreed. But the booking was rushed - 60mins instead of 75 minutes for my half leg, underarm + Hollywood wax. Wax was too and lots of bits were left that I had to ask to be removed.

Jana did a fantastic job of sorting out the residual damage from an earlier gel manicure, and my hands/nails look presentable again. It took her over our scheduled time slot, but that did not cause a problem. Thank you Jana!
