Jana was extremely welcoming upon arrival. The studio itself was clean and bright with a lovely warming atmosphere. During the wax Jana continued to explain what she was doing and was quick and efficient to ensure no pain was experienced during the wax. Jana also guided me through the after care and which products to use. 10/10 experience and would highly recommend to anyone !
