had an amazing day long pampering session. the person who did my hot stone massage& facial was so attentive and professional- it was my first time getting both services and she talked me through the process as she was getting ready to use the hot stones, and focused on the area that i pointed out was a constant problem for me. i can already tell the difference in my back & posture. would definitely come back again!

Unfortunately I was disappointed with my visit and booking with One Spa London. Firstly I rang them about 4 times in the morning and did not get through once to confirm the time I should arrive at the spa. I then sent an email which was replied to. I arrived to the building and was waiting at the arrival desk for 10 minutes before I had to speak to a security guard to ask if I was in the right place. He then said I should go up the stairs and someone should be there - no signage to suggest this.

Avoid! Not a Spa, it’s a health club.
Didn’t even get the massage because they messed up the booking, we were there and they told us a different time. Then sais no more spaces so couldn’t do it.
So paid £170 for the 2 of us to spend 3 hrs at a swimming pool. Waste of money and time. They made no attempt to let us rebook the massage and said we couldn’t use facilities even if we went.
Emailed them to complain and they said it could take 28 days to reply, not heard since.
Do not use!!
