It was our time in this place,
The spa is a part of the building, so most of the people, are from the place itself.
When you arrive you see a small gym, and on the back the pool, and on the side there is the small warm bubbling pool, a steaming room, and other two warm rooms.
You ll find also a sink where to drink, cause the temperature is really hot, and a cold shower
It was nice, for take a break from the rainy day weather from London.

The staff I cannot fault they were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout, however the place overall for a spa wasn’t to my expectations, the changing rooms were very tight and small with little privacy which made me feel uncomfortable. The lockers were broken so I had to leave my belongings with staff not ideal. The pool, sauna was competent but again just felt mediocre. The spa overall pretty average, the cleanliness could’ve been improved and I didn’t feel relaxed at all.
