My friend and I went to One Spa for an aromatherapy massage and to use the facilities. Neither of us had experience of a spa before, but we really enjoyed it and had a relaxing time. The massage was excellent - next time we would opt for the longer session as we both found it beneficial. The other facilities tried were the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, all of which were fine. We did not go in the pool or infra-red room on this occasion, but these facilities were also available. We will return!
