We were late to our treatment and unfortunately couldn't make up the time but the staff were very friendly and accommodating about it. The massage overall was good and professional - the masseur and masseuse checked in appropriately with us about the pressure and type of massages we wanted. As we were late, we didn't have much time in the spa and swimming pool but they seemed as expected with not too many people. Overall, a nice experience and we wouldn't mind going back.
