My son & I had the mum and me treatment. We really enjoyed our experience. The staff were so professional, welcoming & friendly. They were even kind & helpful enough to come out and meet us as we got lost on the way to the Venue. We’ll deffo be back😊

Customer service could be matter, no one from the sauna department was there to welcome us with our robes and drinks , and our session was around 35 mins late .Did get an apology for the delay.
