When we went , man changing room was in construction, we were not informed before the booking, so my partner could not have shower after spa. The place was a bit dirty and water everywhere on the floor so myself I will not repeat the experience again.
I am extremely disappointed with the facilities. I paid £194 for a twilight spa with two massages. As soon as we walked in we were met with the lovely receptionist but in the middle of a gym on fake grass (far from luxury). We got into the spa and had to sit on a plastic bench at the top of the pool as there were no beds available (there were only 4 beds) so we go into the thermal rooms, which were very small and overcrowded so we found it to be uncomfortable. The massages were different.
