Sylwia is a highly accomplished professional with a master's degree in physiotherapy and a deep passion for helping others achieve their optimal physical well-being. Her enthusiasm for her work is contagious, and she is known for her friendly and approachable demeanor. In addition to her physiotherapy expertise, Sylwia has pursued further education in clinical psychology. This unique combination of skills allows her to not only address the physical aspects of her clients' well-being but also to delve into the psychological aspects, gaining a deeper understanding of their needs and motivations.

Sam has worked in various London-based clinics and currently works as a Senior Outpatient Physical Therapist in an independent hospital, specialising in chronic musculoskeletal pain and post-surgical rehabilitation. He works in a team with a variety of consultants such as orthopaedic surgeons, rheumatologists, pain consultants, sports medicine consultants, physiotherapists, and GPs. As a result, he has built extensive experience treating a wide variety of patients, specialising in chronic musculoskeletal pain and post-surgical rehabilitation. He completed his Masters (MSc) in Physical Therapy in Musculoskeletal Healthcare and Rehabilitation at University College London (UCL) with distinction, and is now in the process of publishing multiple papers on Fear-Avoidance in chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Building upon his academic involvement, he has worked in a research team on a systematic review on placebo methods in association with Imperial College London, and is now involved in a study as a treatment provider for people with painful diabetic neuropathy sponsored by the University College of Osteopathy (UCO). He is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and insured under the Institute of Osteopathy (iO).
