The cut itself is fine but far shorter than I wanted. Taking reference photos didn't help. The stylist only asked me after finishing whether my hair was naturally straight or wavy, too late to take it into account for the actual hair cut. I lost at least 7 years of growth & over half the length. I can't seem to shift the burnt hair smell from the straighteners which were used without consultation. I'm a little devastated and it's going to be years of regrowing.
