I went to gold hair and beauty for the simplest haircut: trim 1-2cm of my very long hair so they can continue to grow. I ended up with shoulder length hair. I put lots of efforts into having long hair and I was just so sad when I saw the result. Also, I ended up with two short strings of hairs in the middle of my face that I did not ask for. Overall, it was a disappointment. Moreover, the staff was rude and not very nice. Wouldn't recommend.
