I normally get my hair highlighted from here but this was the first time I had my roots done and I was happy with the result. They also let me move my appointment to earlier in the day from my booked time as my plans changed.
Hair Colouring
Unfortunately, this was the worst haircut I received so far. It was uneven on both sides and at the back. I had asked for a layered cut but there were just a few quite oblivious steps in the haircut. If I would have cut my hair by myself (in the past I actually cut my hair myself but I wanted it a little bit more professional), I would have done a better job. I think it depends a lot on the person who does your hair. I was booked with Sahar. I am not sure if I was served by Sahar in the end. Actually already during the hair washing step she poured water over my eyes. very unprofessional. During the cutting I already mentioned that I would like to have it a bit more shorter and layered (to have more volume around the head) but that did not help much. In the end I saw that it was uneven on both sides but did not think that she would put in effort to make it right, so I left it. she obviously was very happy with the cut. I will have to go to another hairdresser to somehow save the haircut as I don't feel comfortable with the uneven cut. This was very disappointing. I have the feeling as I paid in advance there was no need to do a good job. Although it was not that expensive, unfortunately the 20 something pounds I could have saved myself
