Franco is very careful and professional. He was so careful and dedicated in the highlights as well as in the choice of the color. At all times he explained to me everything he was doing: how the color was going to be, the shampoo he was going to use... making different recommendations that I'm sure I'll take into account.
In the promotion I chose, I only got the highlights but he even dried and combed my hair so I could see what the final result was like and make sure I was happy with the result.
No doubt I have already found what is going to be my hairdresser in London.
